For returning your orders of spare parts to us please fill in the following form:

 If you want to claim your order for spare parts for legitimate reasons, please use the following return request for the complaint.

1. Complete the application and wait for our feedback.
2. Once we have approved the return, fill & print out the form attached to the reply email.
3. Return the approved goods in their original packaging (if applicable) and with the enclosed form and the invoice by post.
NOTE: CNH may charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods upon return. We would also like to point out that spare parts under a minimum amount of € 100, - will not be taken back by the CNH Group!

Please note that processing your application can take 7-14 days! Please do not send any goods back without having received our confirmation (by phone or email)! This would prolong the processing time by a multiple.
